Exchange Policy

Burke Brush will happily replace damaged products at no charge within 14 DAYS from the date of purchase.

Burke Brush Exchange: We consider defects to the Burke Brush to include those related to the bristles. We do not typically refund minor damage to the wood, paint, or case.

Duly Exchange: We consider defects to the Duly to include broken gold tips and torn/ ripped material.

To complete your exchange please email us the following to support@burkebrush.com:

1. Full name (First name, Last name)
2. Receipt or proof of purchase i.e. order number
3. Mailing address
4. Picture or image of the defect or damage

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for exchange. Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond. Thank you for your purchase and we apologize for any inconvenience.
